A couple girlfriends and I have decided to run for the Womans Celebration this fall... What was I thinking? I don't really like to run but regardless it can't really hurt me to get into shape. So we had Werner Hoeger ( a BSU professor and Olympic Athlete) write us up a training plan. After about 2 weeks of actually doing what I was supposed to do for my training I treated my self to some nice new running shoes. I was running in some trail shoes before and needed some running shoes if I was actually going to do this. To this day we still do it every M,W,F,S. It amazes me that I put my self through such things but we really do have fun together!

Yeah, I'm not sure why we're doing this to ourselves, but we'll feel pretty good when we run the whole race in September!
